Good location to Mt Rainier. Property was clean. Kitchen pots and pans have been well used. Property is very nice. Nice outdoor area. Nice pool area. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working. Nice treat to have - make s’mores. Staff was helpful. Nice place to stay.

I booked a stay here for a birthday weekend of hiking and soaking. I booked specifically because they have a hot tub and barrel sauna. However when I arrive (mind you, there is no where else to stay in the area, it's outside a national park) the staff let me know that the hot tub was broken - ok - a bummer but it happens, then I asked about the sauna and they told me the sauna DOES NOT EXIST. So why is it on their website? This was the whole reason I booked. Now I was stuck in a place w/o the amenities advertised. Pretty crappy. Don't book if you want these things.

Nice place, close to the NE corner of the RainierNP (Sunrise area), very nice staff, a cabin room with kitchen and living room. We forgot the contact lens solution and they have it in the office store for purchase. They also put a nice bag of gifts on the kitchen table, very sweet. I only wish the wall power chargers are in more convenient places (e g., bedside or close to a table for short cords)

Love the cute room, nice kitchen and living room, with movies, DVD and games are also available from the office; the staff is very nice and helpful, the small bag of packed gifts is a very sweet gesture

The staff were available, friendly, and helpful. They made late check-in and early check-out super easy. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds are especially comfortable. The property is well located to the Sunrise side of the national park, so there are plenty of amazing hikes within a 10 - 20 minute drive. Closest dining is about 15 minutes away, but the kitchenette in our unit made at-home meals easy. I highly recommend this lodge and would stay there again.

We rented a loft cabin. It was spacious and decent. There are plenty of things that need upgrading and attention, but honestly, it was good enough for what we were doing--which was spending most of our time out of the cabin. It was close to Mt Rainier Nat Park entrance, and not far from Sunrise Parking. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would go back.
