Staff was really nice. Property looked amazing. We went in the off-season. The hot tub and pool are not turned on. Every cabin has a parking spot. The complementary breakfast were amazing.

Phenomenal stay. Best staff in the Valle. More than enough amenities for a long weekend, amazing views from the room. Live music is tasteful and charming and adds to the experience no matter where you are on the property.

Not Up To Resort Standards
Our Room had a terrible odor of cat urine. Went to the front desk only to be given a can of spray to mask the problem. Was told later that a cat had been stuck in the room and likely urinated in the closet. When we checked the bed, the sheets were soiled with urine and hair. Absolutely disgusting. Called the front desk repeatedly as we were exhausted. They brought up new bedding took photos, and said the maids had not done a good job. They said someone from administration would contact me to discuss this, but so far there’s been no contact. Terribly disappointing. I’ve never experienced anything like this ever in a “resort”.

Loved the service and easy communication with the hotel and restaurant. The property was beautiful! They were accommodating and food was great. Would have loved to have used the hot tub but it was out of service when we visited.

We planned a last-minute trip to Valle de Guadalupe for our anniversary, booking the hotel the night before we left. The staff confirmed our reservation right away & provided prompt communication via WhatsApp. As we drove down, they helped confirm reservations for breakfast at the on-site restaurant the next day, as well as massage appointments. Check in was a breeze & we were directed to our lovely cabin, which faced the west and had a terrace with a fire pit—cozy for watching the sunset. The cabin also had a floor to ceiling window so we could sleep watching the stars & wake at sunrise. We picked this place because it had a vineyard on site and we enjoyed walking around the vines to enjoy the views, relax at the various gazebos, and read the meditative quotes. While we initially worried it would be busy and noisy as a resort, the spacing of the cabins made it feel very secluded. We enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor terrace at Salvia Blanca, which has plenty of shade and then had the best massage from Kristy at Samsara spa. Her attention to pressure and also stretching was an amazing combo. I took a dip in the pool, while my husband used the gym. They had two bands perform at Salvia during lunch and dinner service that we enjoyed from our terrace and from the pool as we had meals planned elsewhere. Area was well maintained and very secure.
