The elevator was broken, and also the house keepers came & knocked way more than necessary after calling the front desk for a late checkout. The front desk woman was nice & swwwt per usual!!
The elevator was broken, my list card didn’t work, so i had to go back and fourth a couple times. They put on a floor full of kids who keep slamming their doors and running up and down the hall.

Currently now we were told by front desk, complaining of smoking in room 203 and threatened with a $150 fine. I asked for the staff to inspect our room without any hesitation. I had my husband go to the front office to handle this. Therefore an employee of your employment inspected our room to find false accounts. Very concerned for our well being as a paying customer to be treated in an unjust way!

I wasn’t happy that the elevator was broke and had been for 3 weeks. Another person I knew staying there stated that they found bed bugs in a room. Mine was fine, however, still unsettling. The bathroom trim, you could see where it wasn’t fixed correctly. Also, the toilet handle was broken and you had to hold the handle to flush the toilet. The pull out, had crumbs on the mattress, which was extremely bad and painful with the springs (even for kids).
Elevators were out of order and stairs were the only option. Staff seemed so matter-of-fact about it as if this was a regular occurrence and unapologetic about the inconvenience.
Front desk staff was kind and courteous- offered if we might need anything she would be there till 11:00 - premade eggs and sausage but hot - biscuits and gravy was also good - a variety of cereal and waffles to make -
