At first, we were given our room key. When we arrived to the room, someone was already occupying that room. We were then given another room. When we arrived at that room, we opened the door and the bed was unmade and the TV was on. I am assuming the person was in the restroom. Finally, we were given a clean unoccupied room. Not a fun experience.

The bed was very comfortable in the room was impeccably clean. The only thing I didn’t like was hearing the people on the other side of the wall. We were very disappointed that the heater in the pool did not work and we were looking forward to a swim. The breakfast both mornings was very good. There is an amazing Italian restaurant just one block away, Which makes for wonderful convenience for dinner. While in town, try 7 brew coffee

We had a bad experience previously at this property. When I spoke to the desk clerk and told her what had happened, she took care of us. We may try to stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom doors on the huge. They didn't lock and were hard to pull shut from inside the bathroom. They don't much of a handle inside.
