Small roaches everywhere in the rooms. Noisy neighbors who party all night. Homeless in the area. No breakfast items other than a small carafe of coffee (but they claim to serve breakfast)

Extremely nice for the price. new bath fixtures, nice beds, large, spacious room. Very helpful person at front desk that got me an early check-in so I could clean up before my noon meeting. Quiet room, albeit very motel-like.

The staff was great, but the property was trash. When I walked into my room a stale odor hit me right in the face. I decided to turn on the ac and open a window to let it air out. The carpet was dirty I didn't even take my shoes off. Checked the bed took all of the bedding off and there was a nice gaping hole in the bottom of the mattress. Moved on to the bathroom and I had to re wipe everything because it just looked dirty from the floor to the ceiling. Got in the shower I thought I was going to fall down on the floor below me because the tub has a big crack in it. And instead of replacing it they did poor patch work. To make things a little more unsafe for me I went to lock my door with the latch lock but it was broken. It was too late to book a different hotel. I roughed it out for 15 1/2 hours. Good thing about this hotel its only 4 blocks from the beach.

The carpet needs cleaning. I had ants in my bathroom. Then on the last night of my stay, water started leaking from the ceiling where the heating lamp is mounted. This was at 4 am so I just put a trash can to catch the dripping water.
