Great staff!

The room was nice and the staff was great and it was convenient for an overnight stay off the highway. The rooms, however, are by the parking lot like a motel so there was a lot of people loitering and people smoking right out side the room.....not much the staff can do about that, but it may be something to consider. It was still pretty quiet at night, but during the day, not so much. Still, the staff was great and I appreciate that.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I paid in advance but never checked in, and just took the loss. The place looks like a shady motel and it’s right behind a junky gas station. Just keep the money. Please tell people where it really is and what it actually looks like.

Even though our room had been up graded new bed new furniture new bath they neglected to address the air conditioning and tvs the room was musty but after an hour of running them it cleared up the tvs had issues one did not even work the other had a very poor picture. The general rating for the property was 8/10 when I booked it. The room was an 8 the property was a 4-5. Both ice makers were out of order and the outside grounds were unkept and run down. Maybe once they get all the renovations done I would rate it higher. To be honest I was very disappointed in the way hotels.com gather their ratings on this property I am a hotels.com avid user due to work and family travel I don't think it was worth the extra 10.00 I saved

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Room wreaked of cigarette smoke and the air conditioner just never got the room cool enough to be comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here for free if it was offered.

Not a great stay.

Clean room, less than so-so breakfast. Asked where we could get ice, were told to go across to comfort Inn. Next time we will just stay there. Charged twice for the room without a reasonable explanation. Next day, different host was able to reconcile for us.
