We stayed on New Years Eve so understandably it was a busy time. That being said, the room we had was $278 there were three queen beds and a small kitchen. But the carpets needed replacing it was stained and fraying right as you walked in. The walls in the hallways were a marked up and needed to be touched up/painted. The pool was well used with no towels and were being put out 6-8 at a time and were being grabbed so as there were 6 of us, it wasn’t easy to get our hands on any. Thr floors were in terrible shape and standing water where there was shifting in the tile. It was pretty gross even as we were the first ones in the morning. It want cleaned overnight. Everything was rusted and in poor shape overall. It needs a refresh that’s for sure. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE though! So many options and delicious! Overall pretty good experience.

Overall we weee ok with our stay , couple of the days we didn’t get much sleep due to families with kids staying next door .a lot of yelling and noise . Next time we may have to stay somewhere else or request private quieter areas .

This hotel is excellent! It is well staffed, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The water park was well maintained and a lot of fun. We will definitely stay here again.

We pretty much liked everything, except that due to snow conditions, we needed a snow mat to catch the snow so it wasn't slippery while we were unloading & loading at the outside entrance of our room (we had a main floor room with exterior access). It was just bare floor.
