The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and decent. I felt safe in the area, Most of the restaurants were closed down. I had to go further on the main strip to have dinner. This is not walkable.

The desk staff was wonderful. The room was on the small side but well kept. Unfortunately even tho it was a non-smoking room the room stunk like cigarette smoke. As my wife just got over pneumonia and is allergic to cigarette smoke this caused a problem. The front desk staff got us a can of febreeze. While that helped some, my wife only got about 3 hours sleep.

we were passing through and stopped for the night booked our hotel stay online doesn’t state that you have to go check in at a different hotel so I had to drive back-and-forth and they also gave us the wrong room with one bed so I had to drive back again with four tired children was not the most pleasant

No elevator. Room on 2nd floor. Hard to carry suitcase to 2nd floor. Mostly, room not ready at 7pm. Was cleaned but floor looked and felt dirty.

The door to the room had to be slammed to close and the bathroom door’s hinge needs to be reinstalled as closing that door was a chore also.

Hotel condition and cleanliness was OK. Security was an issue when we had noisy neighbors after 11 pm. We could not contact the front office by room phone or when we called using our cell phone. I went to the office at 11 pm to get help, but doors were locked and it was dark. We were not told that we could call Hotel Nevada, the owners, who would have helped us with our issues. A lack of communication. When we contacted the Hotel Nevada after the stay there, the contact person was insensitive to our concerns. Maybe it was a one time occurrence but we were not comfortable with the way it was handled.

facility was clean and staff was friendly. bottled water and coffee pods were offered in the room as well as in the lobby. They didn't have a free breakfast, as advertised, but offered two $5 off coupons for Dennys across the street. We had expensive mountain bikes in the back of our truck and we felt safe leaving them locked in the truck overnight.
