We have been staying here for years and this was my first bad experience there. The first room I was given stank like stale cigarette smoke, so much that I asked for a different room. One of the queen beds in the 2nd room was totally caved in the center and the springs creaked. I asked the front desk clerk for a better mattress since we were staying several days - she said she would consult maintenance but no one ever addressed it or even bothered to speak with me about it. The ice machine has been broken for years and the alternative front desk was out of ice. You now have to pay to park unless you sign up for Choice Rewards. The first day breakfast started at 7AM - we were there at 7:30AM and they were out of sausage. No microwave in the breakfast room either. The carpeting is dirty and out of date - this place definitely needs upgrading and I would not recommend.

Convenient location, clean and very quiet. The room was comfortable and the staff was always helpful. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of the pool, but it looked inviting, as well. Little things like the coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby were treats that made our stay even more pleasant.

Wouldn’t stay again

Front entrance was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. You have to pay additional $25 for your car, ridiculous. We asked to check in early (1 hour) and we were told that they had to charge us for an early check in or we could come back in 30 mins and it would be free. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was quiet and conveniently off the highway. Lots of empty spaces around. The staff were friendly and nice. But there was some things that made me choose not to stay here again. The first room assigned had a vroken bed. They quickly gave us another room. It looked cleam but had an overpowering smell of sweat. But we were tired and hungry after driving all day that we just crashed there. The free beakfast is just 1 cereal, bread, waffles that you can make yourselves. And good coffee. Not worth it at all. And they charge you 5$ for parking! The Radisson at corning was cheaper and classier and included free parking

I am not able to rate other than staff. When I showed up I was told I did not have a reservation. The desk staff told me that it as due to Travelocity cancelling the reservation. They did not apologize for the error or offer to help me find another accomodation.

The staff members were all very pleasant. They weren't able to find my reservation when I arrived. They didnt have it in their system but found it eventually and it was fine. When I got to my room, the coffee maker was not clean (full of old coffee) and the deadbolt didn't work. I had to call the front desk who sent a very.pleasant guy up promptly to fix the problem. He removed the metal plate from the area opposite the deadbolt and then the deadbolt functioned. I'm not sure that was a great solution. The hotel has no "Do Not Disturb" door handle signs. At all. Carpets were pretty rough looking on the stairs. Sheets were on the old side but beds were comfortable and room was quiet and AC worked very well. Finally, when i returned to the hotel that night at 11:00 pm, most of the lights in the parking lot were not working. It didn't feel safe and I wouln't recommend this hotel for femal travelers.

Nice stay

The experience at check in and check out was easy and friendly. The room and linens were clean and crisp. The room did have an odd smell. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Very conveniently located near Outback Steak House!
