Great stay but Firm Bed

The hotel was fine. Check in was easy and staff friendly. The only reason I gave a 4 star is that I am not a fan of firm beds. Otherwise everything was great.

I enjoyed the sparkling hot tub and pool. My room was fine but the bathroom hadn’t been clean. I notified the staff after cleaning it myself. I will never stay there again. I should have been compensated.
