I’ve been in the service industry for over forty years. Customer service is not difficult but unfortunately not common. This hotel is an example of the lack of simple customer service. A lack of good management always rolls downhill. Returning will not be an option.

The dining room was closed for the evening due to lack of staff, I sympathize with the hotel because this is a problem everywhere. When we arrived, we waited for 10 minutes for someone to walk up to check us in. We tried calling and everything and no one was at the front desk. Probably same staffing issue. The AC in our room was broken, and it kept trying to work correctly and was incredibly loud. Simultaneously, we were unfortunately staying at the same time as a girls softball team so there was running, screaming, doors slamming all night. I can’t fault the staff for this one, more of bad parents instead. Overall, the hotel, accommodations, and cleanliness were great and it’s a beautiful location. A few frustrating things both in and out of the hotels control would not keep me from staying here again. The location is beautiful.

Beautifully clean nice rooms, pool, hot tub, exercise room, and more. Super nice hotel. Breakfast was OK, not a big variety and they cook and serve hot portion.
