Pathetic

It was very disappointing. I have stayed in numerous Hampton Inn and Suites but this one was a bad experience. The rainfall and shower head didn’t work. Breakfast was served from 6-10am but at 9:15 they took away the oatmeal, and didn’t renew anything. At 9:15am there was three little muffins left, a few slices of toast, five egg Pattie’s, very few potatoes and sausages left. Waffles to be made but no yogurts, fruit etc nothing else. We, the customers were looking at each other in disbelief. Quite a miserable display for a Hampton Inn breakfast, and a Hilton subsidiary.

All staff was frendly. Clean, comfortable place. Breakfast opened and operated for thirty minutes with a container of cheese covered by a plate and a pair of tongs, one of the big ten.Regular season was on the plate
