A place to sleep

Its a place to stay. Nothing exciting but I slept. HVAC was noisy as hell. Selected to stay on the 1st floor when asked and glad I did as the elevator was out of service. Breakfast was powdered eggs and cheap sausage. I have stayed in worse.

Not so great

The room was nice and big and it had a little kitchenette. Also the shower was nice. However, there were way more negatives than positives. No trash cans anywhere except for the tiny one next to the toilet. No iron or ironing board. Nowhere to hang clothes and no hangers to hang clothes on. Although, there was a little coat rack thing by the door that didn’t have much use. The door to the room was too small for the frame and you can literally see a bright halo around the whole door from the hallway that shines in the room all night. No staff working onsite at night and they don’t come back until after 8am. Good luck getting help with anything. No security onsite if there’s any issues. I had two people slamming and stomping their feet in the room above me nonstop from 2am until 7am when I left for work. I tried to contact the hotel numerous times during that 5 hour stretch and absolutely nothing was done about it. I was livid and I was ready to kick in their door. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

Elevator down again!

Hotel would be wonderful if they could keep the elevator working - 3rd floor with alot of baggage is quite the workout went your tried from traveling - 2nd time it's been out when we stay there

Great place to be for longer than 1 night. It had a stove and microwave. The shower was awesome and the bed is normal type. The only bad thing was the heater/air conditioner kept going off all throughout the night even when it was turned off. All in all, it was a great price for a great hotel.

Don't be fooled by the nice lobby.

I thought, nice new hotel and the price was right, it was worth a try. The lobby makes a nice first impression. But the room left a lot to be desired. First of all, no closet or even any hangers. The floor was less than clean. The welcome letter in the room said there would be housekeeping service daily as long as the "Do not disturb" sign wasn't on the door. Housekeeping never came once during my 3-night stay even though I never asked not to be disturbed. No wastebasket in the room except for a very tiny one in the bathroom. So garbage wasn't taken out and there were no clean towels. Most outlets didn't work, and there wasn't even an outlet near the little coffee station. I had to unplug the fridge to use the coffee maker. The first night the smoke alarm was going off in the next room for nearly an hour and hotel staff couldn't turn it off. They had to wait for the fire department to come and shut it off. Artwork in the room was ugly. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Starting with the positive: it’s a pet friendly place, the decor is modern and not as kitschy as a lot of what I’ve seen in the western US, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel. The blackout curtains were very affective and make for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated that the room had hard floors, not carpet. The neutral: the breakfast was very average or even slightly sub-par and didn’t have many options, especially if you have any kind of dietary restrictions. The negative: the person who checked us in let us know that they had issues with flooding on the second floor. The gym sustained a lot of water damage and wasn’t really useable (although it’s clear that they are working on it). We also noticed water damage on some of the artwork in our room. Not dealbreakers and hopefully issues that will be remedied soon.

This is a newly 6 months or so remodeled older hotel. The lobby looks good, spacious, light filled. The bathroom, and living space new floor and tile. The furniture and bath fixtures are used from Las Vegas hotel, scratch, lots of gold. The TV had several spots with pixels out so always black. Some as big as a quarter. And a crack in the small scratch in the screen that always white.Don’t think the bed was new. I think the biggest issue was the owner went with the cheapest bid for the remodel and it shows. Poor grout job around the tub. Paint roller marks on ceiling coming up from the wall. Two different colors. When you first walk in looks great until you take a closer look. This is why I would say only average hotel. The tub was great, giant size and comfortable to soak in
