The location was perfect. It had an outside fireplace and fire pit a beautifully kept in our pool. Staff were amazing and worked very hard with an exceptionally busy weekend with a lot of baseball families. Expedia customer service person Monica actually fixed our reservation when the hotel couldn't find it. She worked tirelessly for 30 minutes straight to ensure that we had a confirmation number any good stay.

I checked in on Tuesday September 24 to find out i made the reservation on for the wrong date. The young lady fixed it for me and unfortunately, i lost her name . It was about 4 pm and I would give her a 6 star rating. I am a business consultant and she surpasses the words, excellent service.
