Great experience BUT THE ELEVATOR was broken told it would be fixed the next day but 2.5 days later not working. We were placed on the 3rd floor and forced to walk up all the flights of stair with large heavy suitcases and a bad back.

Fine if you’re only closing your eyes to sleep. Minor billing issue where they hadn’t received their Expedia payment since I arrived at 11:30 PM, so they required another full payment as deposit, but the front desk clerk ran the full amount on my card three times. They reversed the charges next day no problem. Breakfast here only runs until 9 AM instead of 10 so I enjoyed a good cup of coffee and cold cereal before they took it all away while I was at the front desk working out the billing. Oh well, the Cracker Barrel down the street was good.

Hotel work
I didn't get any good sleep since the hotel was having rooms being remodeled or work done on them. Loud hammering and drills and the hallway had dirty equipment that my suits got white dust on them.
