Great staff. My flight arrived at 8 a.m and they seemed to have worked really fast to get us in as soon as possible. The driver of the facility took us where we needed to go when he was not picking anyone up from the airport. Only negative was not much around but Eghh not a huge problem when you have caring staff who did not mind at all getting us taken care of. Definitely recommend.!

The only thing I didn’t like was that there is no irons and ironing boards in the rooms. I did ask for one at 5am and left the room at 5:55am and they still haven’t taken the iron I had requested.

Great place safe and clean Great staff very friendly too bad there’s not restaurants and convenience stores near by And they should offer a shuttle to the airport or the bus station. That would be a great way to treat tourists

We were so grateful to find a place so quick after our flight was over sold that also picked us up from the airport and drove us back at 3:45 the next morning. Some of the downsides included that we got put on the first floor and only having a short night there we could barely sleep because of all the noise in the lobby. Additionally there was a very bad sewer smell throughout the night. Otherwise the location was convenient and staff was friendly

Good hotel to spend the night in between flights, close to airport but outside neighborhood not very safe and no dining options besides the hotel restaurant

The staff were very professional and we booked our shuttle service to the airport for a 4:10am early flight. He was on time and we had a stress free flight. Highly recommend this hotel if you have an early flight out of Guadalajara

I like the hotel because it’s close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. My family and I always stay there before our flights but the the last few stays the cleanliness of the rooms had gotten worse. The ac was not cooling, sink was clogged and the shower was dirty with many hairs on the floor
