Para empesar la ubicacion es en un monte lejisimo, el servicio empezo muy bien muy amable pero baje a la reception y le dije a la joven que el baño holia a cluaca y si me cambio de habitacion pero a partir de ese momento cambio el trato hacia mi como si le molesto mi queja. Lo sgt es k en la propiedad hay un perro que se acuesta en los mueble del lobby que se sientan los cliente, en general no lo recomiendo para nada asi sea el unico hotel disponible no seria una opccion para nadie

Great place to enjoy the beautiful lake & Guatape
Great location off the main roads. Kayjak and Jetski Rental available from the hotel dock. Great value and food and at amazing prices. There is even a bar in the evening with great drinks and music. Service was great (Veronica). Tons of amazing birds to see on property. No reason to leave. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy the beautiful country and people. Skip the cities, go here.

Amazing view from balcony. The only let down was the jacuzzi. Sort that out and it is an amazing place. The restaurant on site is very expensive.

Loved the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was more ofna quiet stay everyone was in bed early and bar was empty on a friday night but they put my game on for me, incredibky nice. Would go again. For the price I was very happy. Room is small and pretty bare, no ac and no tv, i didnt mind. Good wifi.

La chica de la recepción al principio fue muy amable luego nos quejamos por un mal olor que había en el baño y todo cambió, te dan dos opciones de desayuno y cuál de las opciones estuvo peor, tienen unos animales en el establecimiento que se la pasan subidos en los muebles donde se supone son para los huéspedes y se hechan en la puerta de las habitaciones. En general es terrible, 0 recomendable

Un hotel básico para desconectarse
La zona social del hotel es bonita, tiene salida a la represa y lindos jardines. Las habitaciones son sencillas. La mayoría son muy pequeñas a excepción de la familiar que tiene buen espacio. A la habitación le faltaba ventilación porque olía un poco a humedad. El lugar casi no tiene señal de celular y el wifi funciona en ciertos puntos del hotel, lo bueno es que esto invita a la desconexión (no hay TV en habitaciones). Le falta un poco de mantenimiento. En el restaurante deben mejorar la temperatura de los alimentos .. sirven muy frío el desayuno (es bien sencillo).
