Overall, very nice hotel. Rooftop bar is nice and service was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the shades and blackout windows & tv. Dislikes the lack of fridge (only a full minibar), we couldn’t use for our own things & front desk check-in & check-out service. Both people we encountered did not explain anything well or friendly, unfortunately leaving a bad taste at the end of our visit.

My stay at The Plaza Hotel was fantastic! The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect—situated in a great, walkable area with plenty to explore nearby. One highlight of the stay was the amazing restaurant downstairs. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was top-notch, adding an extra layer of luxury to the experience. I highly recommend The Plaza Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, conveniently located stay with great service and dining options. I’ll definitely return!

Gorgeous, luxurious property with very friendly, accommodating staff. The valet option made things really easy. I loved that the hotel and so many nice seating areas in the lobby to relax. The food was delicious, and room service was also very nice.

We asked not to get a room by the outside bar or the place where they have music because the music is very loud, and we got a room by the bar and the music is loud, it seems we might not sleep tonight, we didn’t get an upgrade for being VIP, the bathroom mirror is water stained and the shower doors are dirty and very stained, this time I am very disappointed of our room and of the front desk staff.
