When I arrived, I was able to check in pretty easily. I got up to the room and it was absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is about the bed, and that I almost felt like I had to use a step ladder to climb in! Seriously, the bed was comfortable and while the room was very cold when I answered, a quick change of the thermostat fix that send I am planning on returning in 3 weeks to El Paso and I plan on staying at this hotel.

The front desk person was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. There was only 1 ice machine working on the first floor. I was on the 4th floor. The shower water never got hot.

Hotel property was fine. Located about a block from casino. Transportation provided to casino but service stopped about 3 hours before closed so we had to walk back. My wife is disabled and this was very difficult for her. Shuttle service needs to be provided thru closing time.
