Roaches EVERYWHERE
The price for this hotel was good and the location was near all the good shops in El Paso. The room seemed to have been infested with roaches because every other minute, my wife and I seemed to see one crawling on the floor or crawling on the wall. This is the first time we have experienced this in a hotel and I have to say, it was pretty nasty dealing with these roaches.

Bad area, booked thru hotel.com and paid hotel.com got the key, go around area and not feel safe to stay, open the room and the door sloppy and not event closed and lock Back to the office and returned the key Contact them and said cancel should be made wi 24H so I lost the $

I've stayed at this place multiple times and never had a bad experience except, last time we checked in and the room was disgusting. The beds were clean but that was about it. I went to the front desk and the hostess was extremely friendly, she immediately gave us another room. I know it wasn't her fault and she could not have handled it better. I thank you for that. Overall the property I'd say "you get what you pay". It's not the nicest place to stay but always had a good experience and clean except, this last weekend.

Please do not go there spend a little more money and find something nicer please look at the pictures this room was a total dump and they told me it first I would get a refund if I talk to the manager on Monday they gave me a card as I checked out 15 minutes after I went there and I did not even stay and now they're not going to give me a refund so I'm going to dispute this on my credit card this place was filthy nasty dirty it was disgusting if you stay here you will not be happy it will not let me input the pictures but the floors were disgustingly dirty the furniture was dirty the bed was very noisy it look like the whole place and the room has not been cleaned for a month even the breakfast room was disgustingly dirty. If anyone wants pictures I have them of the room I did not take it of the breakfast room which I should have.
