Check in was slow. Requested ground floor rooms, advised none available but hotel was not full. Room was dirty, requested non-smoking, was put in a smoking room with burn holes in the bedding. Could not lock the door or window to the room.

When I called to check in and tell them when i was going to chwck in. The rep for the hotwl told me there was no reservatipn. Spelled my mame 3 times, as soon as i told the rep i booked and paid thru expedia he suddenly flund the reswrvation. When i arrived and checked in, the feint desk staff member did not give me the correct insteuctions where the room wqs and became a bit fistrated when i asked again where the room was. Once she gavr me location of room and I went to go in the room, she had provided me incorrect location wherw the room was located.

I enjoy staying here with my partner because it is quiet and safe. Their rooms are clean and include all the ammenities. They also have continental breakfast in the mornings which has good variety. Great staff, they all work hard to ensure you will have a pleasant stay. Thank you Super 8!
