Kind to an Upper Midwestern Stranger

The front desk person during the day was friendly, and she concentrated on people not just checking in, but coming from their hotel rooms to see that their needs were met. The cleaners did a good professional job keeping the room clean. However, the toilet paper in the bathroom was opened before I came in, and the toilet did not have a paper ring on it.

The people were super nice. The moment u entered they treated me well. They made me feel comfortable. They treated me like they knew me like an old friend. It was an excellent customer service. Hotel was clean, inviting and warm. Business area was inspiring enough, and plenty of space in the lounge for the price. The outdoor patio was awesome with a gas fireplace to warm up next to. Meditation room was inspiring, and has two massage chairs to relieve travel stress. Highly recommend
