The supposed newly renovated rooms looked and felt like a half ass job. There dents, holes like in the floors it looked like floor like tape was rolled over the existing floor. Just poorly renovated. The walls in the bathroom had stains like sweat from the walls and lots of finger and hand prints on the walls. I am sure I won’t be staying there again. So very disappointing as there is where my family usually stay during our visits to El Paso, Tx.

The property, the staff and the general appearance was great. The biggest downside was the cleanliness of the restrooms was awful, the restroom had marks of bodily fluids on the wall from splashing. I would have ignored it if I was by myself but i was traveling with my toddler child and didn't want my baby wondering or touching the walls of the restroom when in that condition. This also made me wonder of the overall cleanliness of the room. Very disappointed since I have staid in this chain Hotel before and not have one problem. I hope the cleaning staff can improve.

Little hidden, but I was able to get my truck and trailer to it, with parking lot next to it behind some restaurants. The hotel was great comfortable and quiet, could use some painting.

We had an issue when we arrived at the room, bathroom and bathtub was very dirty, looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a while. I called the FD I asked for a bottle of cleaning spray and a rag, i didn't asked for them to clean it, i was going to clean it. they said they would call me back. They didn't. In the morning (7 ish), I went to the FD to ask for extra towels since i used some to clean the bathroom a little bit. Male clerk said ok as if it was not a big deal. Then later on when a female was at the desk (8ish), i mentioned the situation and she said she would send housekeeping to the room. When we came back the cleanliness was better than what we found originally.

My first experience with the front desk when I called the day before my arrival was wonderful. The man was helpful, pleasant, and kind. Upon our arrival, however, the staff did not greet, was inattentive, and when someone did eventually help us, the person was barely audible. I had to ask him to repeat himself on anything he said. The bathtub was not clean enough for us to want to shower. Overall the property is quite worn and can use a facelift. Not one of our better hotel stays.
