The water never got hot !! Took a cold shower on a cold day went and talked to staff which didn’t understand English and did nothing to help !

Property was extremely dirty, TV was not wiped down bathroom was not clean at all and when I was leaving the property around 8 a.m. 2 police vehicles were doing rounds through the area.

Wonderful staff - not a great room
We stayed here on two separate occasions going out and back on a road trip. Marissa was very kind and friendly. However, I would not have booked this hotel twice if I had known more. Our first room did not have hot water and the second room did not have a working shower. The water just trickled out of the shower head and there was no plug for the tub, so it was impossible to wash after a long day of driving. We did not want to go through the trouble of trying to change rooms, though, so we just stayed in our very old and run down room.

I refused to even shower... The front desk told my best half that a clogged drain was the 'piping' offering NO HELP to unclog the tub/shower. We had to lift the bed and roaches were underneath BOTH beds, luckily dead.. This room was BARELY enough to stay at what we consider a dump.

Muy mal servicio sobre todo con la front Desk persona le pedí un recibo y nunca me lo quiso dar entre sus dientes diciéndome esta bitch people la verdad muy mal servicio paga uno su estancia y para nada sirve pagar tan caro nada funcionaba el teléfono no funcionaba puertas sucias ac sucio la mitad de papel para dos noches para 4 personas el baño súper sucio y llegamos al cuarto la primera noche y no servía para entrar al cuarto dos veces tuve q bajar por llave y nada me iban a mandar a mantenimiento nunca llegó después de 10 minutos pudimos abrir la puerta yo sé de mucho de hoteles trabajo en un hotel por 6 años soy supervisora y me gustaría q viajaran a mi hotel y miraran el servicio q damos desde q entras al front Desk hasta llegar a tu cuarto es una tristeza llegar cansada pagando tu estancia y te traten como basura
