The staff was A-1 very friendly and ready to help. The beds are really comfortable. The breakfast might need to step it up. Wasnt terrible but wasn't the best i have had. Overa i rate it 9 out of 10

The room we were in had damaged chairs, peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, and the tub was permanently stained. My expectation for Holiday Inn Express is higher than this. We have stayed at several and this is the first we would not return to. The service was OK. Check in was smooth. Also, having to pay to park in the parking lot was unique. This is not a downtown or parking garage area - just an interstate hotel with a regular parking lot.

We love staying at Holiday Inn but this locations rooms need to be renovated and they charge $10 parking fee. While the other Holiday Inn also on Gateway don’t charge for parking and hotels appear to be newer or remodeled

We had a pleasant stay, room carpet was a bit dingy and stained. Bathtub shower was very powerful and hard to leave because it felt so good!

The property was very close to the interstate so great for traveling. Customer service was very good and the rooms were clean. I did not like that we had to pay an additional amount of money for parking.
