I went to shower and the Handel fell off burned myself couldn’t turn off the water no Handel the sink was clogged

I really liked the hotel. I am a travel agent and wanted to stay there, but the surrounding are not good. Right by the border, loud traffic and fire station - Noise was always there and some of the awnings are falling apart,So therefoore, I probably won't recommend this to clients traveling to El Paso

Very convenient to UMC Medical Center. It is very clean; I like the absence of carpet. The staff is friendly and there is a hospital visitor’s discount if you book in person. My room had a good sized mini-fridge and freezer and microwave, very convenient if you bring your meals in since there aren’t good restaurant choices near the hospital. No frills but pleasant. Breakfast is a yogurt and a pastry wrapped in plastic, but the coffee in the lobby is good. The traffic noise from I-10 is intense.
