This property its located in the main square, which is very convenient. However, staff was rude they only provided our room with 2 towels and we area family of 4. There was no tv in the room

Me hubiese gustado saber que contaban con transporte de la estación al hotel ya que a la llegada no tuvimos como llegar y todos los taxis estaban apartados. No recibí desde que reserve hace 6 meses ningún mensaje del hotel comunicando esto que hubiese hecho mi experiencia de llegada mucho más agradable. Tuvimos que pagar a un señor que nos llevara. Las instalaciones muy bonitas la habitación muy grande pero un poco descuidada la limpieza algunas telarañas y polvo. El personal un poco distante pero amable. El show del zorro te lo venden como algo espectacular y realmente el show lo hacen los comensales a quienes los obligan a pararse a bailar aunque no quieran y ya se encuentren a mitad de sus alimentos. El Zorro solo se dedica a decir unas pocas palabras pone a todo mundo a bailar y se despide creo que todos esperábamos mucho más. Las bebidas en la alberca son muy caras al igual que si pides una botella de agua para la habitación es carísima.

está bien para lo que cuesta; solo dejar claro que está por fuera del hotel principal y que una persona de la 3a. edad se complica mucho entrar al restaurant, lobby, alberca..
