Huge Upgrade Compared to Across the Street
So much better than across the street. Moved to this hotel because we were treated so poorly at the Brawley Inn. What a difference it was. Older buildings for sure, don't come here for perfect paint jobs. But the staff were polite & did their jobs. The room smelled & looked like it had been properly cleaned. It was nice and quiet. Will definetly be my new go-to spot to stay in Brawley.

Homeless and treated like I was not human
First issue was fridge didn't work then when attempting to rent the room for another night I was treated horrible due to not having a vehicle to load my prepaid debit fast enough for renting the room at which point I was told move stuff out immediately

Needs to update fire alarm system
I had a good stay up until about 1am the fire alarm kept going off multiple times which woke up my austic son then lead to a horribe night due to high pitch alarms.nor to mention someone else had a horrible experience with the foam sprinklers goinf off due to faullty system

It's ok for the price. The linens are clean, the bed is comfortable, but the rooms are in need of some makeovers. In this recent room I stood in, the microwave was missing the glass plate inside & the room wasn't as clean as previous rooms. It's always quite when I stay here. Staff is friendly.
