Front desk girl was rude. She refused to give us the room. Because we booked through Hotels.com. She wanted me to pay extra. I called many times customer service to handle the situation. We were waiting outside for long. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

They have a great staff! The parking lot has security guard all night long so you can sleep well at night. If you wanna save money, and if you have pets they are the best with no extra charges for you loved one.
