We paid over $200 to take our son to a hotel with a pool, water slides, hot tub, the works. When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed for maintenance. (Apparently it had been closed for a month) We did very much appreciate the manager offering to upgrade our room however. We did not stay, our boy was promised a pool so we went elsewhere. Refund process through Expedia is atrocious.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Edmundston, NB, and had a great experience. The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff—they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. We had an issue with the TV in our room, and they spent a good amount of time troubleshooting before successfully fixing it. The hotel seems to cater primarily to families and groups traveling for sports events, so some noise is to be expected, but that’s understandable given the guests. The breakfast area is on the smaller side, but they offer to-go containers, which is a nice touch. Similarly, the pool area is compact and can get quite busy with kids and teenagers playing, but that’s not unexpected in a family-friendly hotel. Overall, this was a great place for a family stay, and we’ll likely book here again the next time we travel to New Brunswick.

Spent a night here passing through but was surprised with how nice this place was. I think it must have been renovated recently. Pool was warm, breakfast was one of the better hotel ones I’ve had. Highly recommended

Place is great and right off the highway! Pool is wonderful for little kids as the temp is really warm & it’s clean. My only complaint is that it’s loud! You can hear everything in the hallways plus the snowmobiles outside. Seems to be a popular area for snowmobiles. Otherwise, it was fabulous.

Phenomenal experience

Absolutely phenomenal experience. We booked last minute due to car trouble trapping us in town. They made check in so smooth. We had the king suite and it was stunning and beds so comfortable. Love they are smart tv so we could watch netflix. Pool area was so fun for kids and the brekfast buffet had a lot of options.
