Seems that Housekeeping are not bothering to change bed linen and shower curtain still have lots of hair in bath tub shower curtain and all our bed are unchanged linen.

We stayed for 2 nights and were quite disappointed with some aspects of the service. The room had very limited toiletries—only one small shampoo, conditioner,soap, and 2 big towel provided, which wasn’t sufficient for three people over two days. Additionally, no one came to clean the room or take out the garbage during our stay, which is expected from a hotel.

The experience could have been more pleasant. Unfortunately, the lift was out of service and the pool was under maintenance during my stay. Considering the facilities were limited, I believe I could have found a better option at a lower cost.

The washroom was not properly cleaned. There were pubic hair in the tub. Toilet seat has splash of dry pee. The front of the building, where the main entrance was located, became the smoking area. Some lady was smoking pot when we were passing by, which I find very unsettling especially we have kids. I am not coming back to this hotel. It's giving a cheap motel vibe.

Elevator didn't work, shower was terrible, pillows need an upgrade, thermostat for heat didn't work, A/C unit very noisy. Room was also noisy, could hear the geese flying by at 6 am. Was right next to stairway so door was opening and closing all night.

The elevator wasn’t working had to do the stairs with our luggage. Did the check-in online ahead of arrival to save time. Had to do the whole check-in process again and wait for 3 people to check-in ahead of us with only 1 person working.

The waterslide was not working, the elevators were not working and they placed our family up on the fifth floor… there were also roaches in our room!! Do not recommend.

Thin walls, could hear other guests easily. Bathroom was very outdated. Elevator was not working. Continental breakfast room was cramped and dirty. Water slide was broken. Spend slightly more for a much better experience.
