Will not go back!

The sink stopper did not work and there was only a trickle of water from that tap (bathroom) not heated. Shower had a little more water coming out. TV did not work until maintenance came in and pulled on wires at the back. Picture was not screen size with limited variety of programs. I was not provided with a room receipt and no one to speak with. It a young lady who said “sorry”. One bed had squeaky springs. General Cleanliness not my liking.

The staff was accommodating. Worker around us after a mix up about the deposit not on a credit card. Monitored or Instacart at the front desk that had formula before we got back to the hotel. They had a party crowd a bit and handled them well too

Second time I’ve stayed there. Staff is great. They have a waterside but it’s out of order. I’m never around long enough to take full advantage of the Amenities. Room had an actual comfortable chair. Not just the hard kitchen/office chair most hotels have. Not the cleanest room I’ve stayed in but the pillows were good and the AC worked. 5.5 out of 10. I wouldn’t stay anywhere I thought was 2 or less and to get 10/10 in my book is almost impossible.

The hotel was terrible things were falling apart. The room key kept getting deactivated so everytime we left the room we had to get the key reactivated. The pool was under construction if I would have known that I would have stayed somewhere else.The continental breakfast room was so small that we had to eat somewhere else both days we stayed..

We left before even staying a night. There were beer bottles everywhere out front of the hotel. Loitering around the property. Drug use on premises. Security on site was not a good sign. We did not feel safe so chose to leave. Would NOT recommend at all!

We were placed in the room where it smelled like smoke with my infant we asked for different room and the room smelled like mold, piss and old carpet. It was very uncomfortable and we felt unsafe with the entire stay.
