Our room was great upon arrival. Staff frie dly. Room very clean and comfy but noticed our duvet cover looked like mice had eaten it. Our drains in bathroom took forever to drain. Shower plunger wouldnt fully lift up, therefore while showering the tub filled very quickly with water as it was pouring out of shower head as well as lower tap. When requesting a trolley be brought up to bring our luggage down to lobby, no one showed up. Having just had hip surgery, getting in and out of shower was very difficult as the edge was very high. I had requested a room that was handi cap friendly as I am using a walker and crutches. This room.was NOT handicap friendly. I noticed there was no microwave in our room, there was clearly space for one. We were told to bring our food to warm up downstairs. It was defenitely inconvenient 😕

Dirty, beaten hotel with no customer service. Only 1 staffperson working the whole hotel. Housekeeping does not clean the rooms and you are asked to come to the main desk if extra towels etc are requested.

We arrived and noticed within minutes that there were hairs(not ours) on the comforter, sheets and could be visibly seen on the mattress. The chair looked disgusting and stained. I swear there was a bug crawling on the mattress. We immediately checked out of the hotel. The rugs looked like they needed a thorough deep clean. It made me feel like I needed a shower after being in the room.

The room was good.i love having baths in the room.please ask at the front desk if you want to eat your buffet breakfast in the room while you get ready for your meeting. Ask first and the front desk will let you.

The staff at the front desk and bar were very friendly and welcoming. I stayed 3 nights for work and 2 out of 3 nights I was woken up multiple times by people yelling in the hallways. The beds were comfortable, and the food at the bar was good. The bathroom was run down and the room had a stale smokers smell.
