Great place. Close to all the family tourist destinations. Shallow end doesnt exist for your non swimming little ones. But amazing otherwise

For over $1,000, I expected far more. A hide-a-bed with crumbs in it, the open shower was a mess, and the keys barely worked. This was absolute price gouging when there were no other rooms left in the city. Had no choice but to pay.

Front desk staff was more than helpful. We did get an upgrade to a better room than booked. The room rates are nice too. It was our first time at Sandman hotel in Edmonton. The room was clean and nicely done. I will definitely be booking here at this location again. Everything is a 5-15 minute drive, from coffee, to breakfast, grocery stores, tourist attractions and 5 minute drive to the West Edmonton Mall. Definitely marking this one as a great stay. And will be booking here again.

The hotel itself is very nice and well kept, however it’s very inconvenient that it doesn’t have an elevator for those that need (strollers, etc). Also it would be much more desirable if it had more options for kids channels/ shows. There was very few to pick from while in the room for down time. Not only that, having a room that overlooked the pool did not make our air conditioner work nicely, therefore it was quite warm in our room because of the warm air it pulled in from the pool area.
