Our stay was okay, we only paid half price, Black Friday sale, but if I had to of paid full price, I would not of been happy. The hotel is showing its age, although clean enough, but smelled in the hallway and foyer of the tower. The mattress was too soft. I was expecting more quality linen for the Sandman.

Check in was smooth and all the staff I encountered were warm and friendly. The only complaint I have is there was a cold breeze coming into the bathroom which made for a very cold shower. Other than that, I’m very impressed. Thank you.

Room was very dirty, bed had hair in it and stained sheets. It was apparent the room was not cleaned. Room temperature was freezing cold and could not be adjusted any warmer.

Check in was quick and easy because of Maria at the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. She made our stay great from the very start. The room was large and modern. There were some cosmetic things that needed attention but other than that, everything was great. We will definitely stay here again!!!
