This is an older building and the air conditioning is struggling to keep up with the heat, but the price is right, so we are content. The young man at the front desk, prior to our check in, noticed that we had back to back bookings and so moved one reservation so that we could stay in the same room and not have to switch. Excellent customer service! Thank you

The wntire hotel has an odd odor. Our room smelled like a sweaty hockey bag. I advised the front desk but they didn't seem to care. The price is ok but there are much better options. Will definitely stay elsewhere next trip. Would only recommended this hotel if every other hotel in Edmonton is full.
