The front desk staff were friendly. The room was less then advertised. Very musty/not fresh smelling. Not what we expected. I was asked to express any special requests. I asked for hot chocolate or herbal tea. I got neither.

Alright stay, wouldn’t stay again

Sent a digital check in to make check in faster, but didn’t - felt like a waste of time. Overheard another customer at front desk for 3rd time trying to get a door key that works. Location is perfect. Restaurant is being renovated, so no on-site options (not a big deal for me). Parking lot is large but fills up quickly, had to park super far - which was fine this time as I wasn’t taking my child out at night in the dark, but there was a man just sitting out there and I would’ve been concerned in the dark. The worst part, after hauling everything in, they apparently make you put a paper in your front window, so had to trek it all back out and in again - no other hotels I’ve stayed in over the last decade does this. Had 2 Queen beds; initially I had complaints about the bed being too firm, but in the morning I found out that the other bed was softer - oh well, too late - so definitely check both. The TV has a bunch of apps - none work - took how many tries to find cable… they should add that to the little info sheet slip they give at check in. Slept well, quiet. Some visible areas of not cleaned things. My biggest complaint, and why I won’t return… this trip was my young child and I, so upon entry to the room I also closed the top extra security door lock. It was nice and firm and flat against the door. However, the next morning, when we went to leave I noticed it was sitting ajar. I tested it, and I guarantee you that door was opened while we were asleep.

We enjoyed the hotel overall. Would have liked maid service to replace face cloths and make the bed. Had trouble with air conditioning in the room, but that eventually got fixed. The front desk staff was very nice.

The restaurant and lounge were both closed for renovations. They didn’t not tell us that when checking in 😡. The shower curtain rod was loose and ready to fall off! The bathroom fan was not working! Never staying there again…. Also there a party in one of the rooms; woke us up at 4:00 am ! 😡

Amazing staff, service and comfort. Our car broke down so extended our checkout time and let us use the parking for way longer than our stay. Super comfy to use. Had gym access also.
