Central location for what we wanted. Not a long drive to major city attractions. Very clean!! My only complaint was that the first night there the housekeeping staff thought we were moving out and were waiting for us to do so. Although they did do an awesome job at cleaning the room for the remainder of our stay, they were quite loud in doing so.

While I have stayed at your hotel before, this visit was by far the most unpleasant. Upon checking in, I found the bed in my room was broken and the mattress was old and sinking, making it very uncomfortable. I had to request to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room also had issues—the bathtub was not draining properly, and the iron’s water spray function wasn’t working. Additionally, during my previous stays at your hotel, my room was not cleaned at all throughout my visit, even when I stayed for two nights. This pattern of poor maintenance and lack of basic service is unacceptable. I had previously chosen your hotel out of convenience and familiarity, but after this most recent experience, I will not be returning.

My stay was relatively good until the ac/heating/television/satellite/parking garage/phone issues came up during my stay. My final night I was completely ok with the issue of heating and ac being down due to the service work needing done in the office tower but when the tv and the phone stopped working that was a different story. I had to use my cell phone to call hotel from my room to inquire about the issues with the tv and phone and was told that unfortunately I was affected by those issues on top of what was already planned. I literally was told by the front desk gentleman that they were sorry there was no phone or tv but if I wanted to sit up and wait for the tv to come back on at 3am I could or that maybe I could use the night to catch up on my sleep may be a better idea. I’m a grown woman who doesn’t need to be told to get some sleep. Very arrogant and disrespectful. I would have gone somewhere else if I’d known the full extent of the unexpected outage. It wasn’t just ac and heating and parking garage at all. Also the cleaning staff never topped up my coffee or tea or brought clean glassware to the room my whole entire stay. I’m easy to accommodate but the little things are important and the lack of the front desks ability to communicate the whole extent of the outage was dissatisfying and the response to concerns from the front desk gentleman was quite frankly enough for me to use another hotel next time.

Last May 15 in am there is fire alarm anyhow I am deaf and about go washroom . I already told front desk please write notice that I am deaf person if it emergacy! But no one open door when it emergacy without let me know !
