This was the 2nd time I stayed there. I liked the suites and front desk staff but didn't sleep well either time because of allergy problems. I felt the rooms weren't vacuumed. This time, the gym was closed and that was 1 reason I booked there. Disappointing

My husband, kids and I really enjoyed the vibe of this hotel with the nice seating area by the lobby with all the pretty trees, lights and piano. These gave it a "resort" vibe like you were somewhere tropical. The food in the lounge was great, the room was large and beds were very comfortable. We missed out on the sushi restaurant as there was a wait and our kids were hungry and impatient, but the next time we are in Edmonton, we will definitely stay here again and try the sushi. The kids also loved the pool. The staff was also incredibly friendly and professional.

I didn't like the fact that no offers for discounts were accepted. The agent asked me if I was a rewards member to which went un responded too. I belong to the rewards program and like plenty of groups to receive a discount. Sadly I was treated as a second rare citizen. So also the property kinda sucked and was over priced for the lack of amenities.

Really disappointed in the stay. Stayed here in November 2024 and the place was great, the people were wonderful that’s why I came back for April 2025. This time, had issues with people being on their balcony screaming and talking until 430am. I texted the hotel to get someone out there and they thankfully resolved it quickly. I asked for a different room the next night and they accommodated. My second night, I went out to grab food late at night and when I came back, the parking garage door wouldn’t open and I was forced to park my car outside where it got hit over night. Asked for a manager to contact me after my stay and the front desk team said they would contact me in 2-3 days and it’s been 7 days and still haven’t heard from them. Definitely will not return here ever.
