The staff were great especially James, the breakfast was wonderful, loved the valet parking but will not be staying there again due to the EXTREME heat and no Air Conditioner as an option in the room. You can open the window, but due to it being on Whyte the noise is extremely loud. James did bring us a fan to assist with the heat in our room, and that helped a little. The hallways and elevators are cool and have air conditioning, but no AC in the rooms and it is definitely hot. It was my fault for booking as I assumed there was AC and on the description, it clearly doesn’t state AC. My fault. Great staff though!! Thanks for everything.

Location is good. Close to University and restaurants. Service at hotel is lacking. Was promised valet parking at check-in. Was then asked to give 45 minutes notice to get car back but 45 minutes later was handed the keys and given directions into a dark back alley a block and a half away at night to retrieve the car myself. Was an unnerving experience given the activities taking place in the alley. I would not recommend using valet, go find a safe place to park your car and pay the extra fee. Condition of property is poor, for example the shower would not drain and backed up into the bathroom as soon as the water was turned on.
