I waited an hour for the shuttle only to find out they do not have a shuttle running. No breakfast & hotel under renovations. Took a cab to another hotel with necessary amenities. Called the Ramada to inform them I would not be checking in & was told they would not cancel my reservation & my credit card would be charged!

We like the price . The rooms are what we want . This is our preferred place to stay in nisku . We are never disappointed with our stay. We live in Edmonton go to the hotel the next day shuttle to the airport. Works great . No stress . For us , The restaurant is way over priced . We bring our own food . There was no person for check out,very early in the morning . So I kept the plastic keys.

I wasn't aware if I had booked a smoking room or not, my intention was to have a smoke free room. So when we went into the room, we immediately smelt cigarettes. After getting reassigned to a smoke-free room, located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access (STAIRS ONLY), these were the issues we encountered: - 2/5 towels were dirty - the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were half used - pillows had some yellow stains - some of the plug-ins were not working Although the staff was very accommodating, the rooms were unacceptable.
