We stayed in a king room. It was nice there’s a couch/living room area. Two minutes drive to WEM. The hotel had a good breakfast buffet and food could be ordered 24/7. Nice hotel would stay again.

The hotel is very clean, well kept including the pool area. Continental breakfast has a lot of selection (providing you arrive early enough) and the food was tasty. I found the front desk not visible enough. Never seen where a hotel has the front desk staff work the bar too?! Not professional. We had some significant issues which were: The shower in 703 the easy access room flooded 2/3 of the bathroom and wasn’t draining. My husband had to clean it up with extra towels laundry gave us who said they tell people to put towels in a trench formation. We complained and they put us into another room which I was told was a complementary upgrade but that wasn’t the case. It was 729 on the same floor and a smaller room. I’m not sure what she thinks complementary means but I thought it should be a free night for our trouble moving rooms. However, this rooms heat pump couldn’t keep up and we were cold all night. There was no extra blanket in the room either. My husband complained to the manager but all we were offered was points if we joined Hyatt rewards. We were trying to have a weekend away for some much needed R & R but had a lot of work and really no discount for our trouble. Disappointing.

Superb - very nice hotel. Setup, location, amenities wise 100%, however as i felt Edmonton is very dry place and with so chilling temperature, i would say during winter there should be humidifier installed in all the bedroom that makes it perfect. Breakfast is exceptional
