We loved the property. Beautiful. Service was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was parking they ran out of parking spots. You need about 40 more.

The gentleman at the front desk was possibly sick as he kept sniffling but they was an excessive amount of mucus he was trying to clear from his nose. He also called us to find out if we were actually going to show up which is weird as we have never missed checking in when we have a booking. The parking lot is really hard to get in to and the parking stalls are very tight

This is our second time staying here. They have an amazing breakfast bar each morning. Great for families. Are only down side was not enough towels. But besides that we would stay here again.

The Holiday Inn is wonderfully predictable and comfortable. The St. Albert property is no exception. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we needed them to be - from front desk to maintenance to the person in the breakfast room.

Very basic housekeeping. Towels changed and garbage collected but room was definitely not cleaned. Good location for shopping and dining. Close to highway so very loud! Breakfast was included but not great. Finding a parking spot became quite a challenge on nights the hotel was fully booked.
