Very disappointed

I have stayed here when in edm 7 or 8 times,the 1st morning i had to take a cold shower no hot water at all my daughter refused to,later that night at 8pm i still had no hot water was barley warm,i told the gentleman at the front desk march 21st said they could not switch us to a new room with hot shower til he comes up to finger test it,i said follow me up,i took15 mins but i had to call down 2 times for him to finally arrive,then he tested the sink tap which was pretty warm but not hot then he tested the shower tap which was running for 10 mins as per his suggestion and i was not very warm at all compared to sink he had the nerve to try to convince me it was hot who the hell foes he think he is or or he is dealing with i was so pissed at his smugg attitude i told him we are checking out now 2 nights early he then finally said he will move us,what a complete mess he showed no sympathy towards our needs we will never stay at this hotel again.

Location is great for train noise and super close to the airport. Shauna at the check in desk was funny friendly and efficient. Would stay here again

Disappointed

There was no service most of time, check in was terrible, the room was way to hot, bed was uncomfortable, no hot water to take a shower, the front desk said to just run the water for a bit and it would fix the problem, I ran it for at least 15 minutes and it didn’t change! Over all the experience was poor!

Not what it used to be

I’ve stayed here before a couple years ago and it was a bit better. The room had a weird smell (not sure if it was the carpet or what. The bathroom had a hair in the shower and clearly seen better days. Blacked all over the base of the shower. Water leaked all over the floor during showers and made huge mess.

The staff was exceptionally great. Hotel itself was very clean. When we ordered our supper, my husband was very unhappy when he got sweet potato fries with his chicken fingers. We didn’t order that and he doesn’t like them. When we went down in the morning for breakfast, he ordered a standard breakfast and I ordered an omelette. We were very disappointed when we were told that they had no hashbrowns, no sausages, turkey or pork, the only items left for my omelet were bacon, cheese, and green peppers. They had none of the other listed items. Other than that, everything was great.
