It was nice to have coffee and tea available at anytime. Was very clean. It is definitely in need of updating the chair in our room was all ripped, the beds were not very comfortable, everything is just looking well used. Not what I expected from a Hampton property.

Seemed ok at check in, but the elevator and hallways smelled pretty bad…. Was thinking maybe it’s due to the very old carpet in those areas, perhaps. The room didn’t smell too bad and was clean. Top comforters looked pretty worn out with snags and such. Minor things in the room included one burnt out light in the bathroom and the sink was clogged and took a while to drain. The shower curtain barely reached the tub, so always worried would get water everywhere. The curtains didn’t close all the way so there was an annoying crack of sunlight right in our face in the morning. There was also no clock in the room, which was odd. All in all it was ok, but definitely could use some upgrades.

This hotel needs a much needed renovation. . Out dated furniture. Chair in room was once upon a time full leather chair…well, please see pic to describe it. AC unit control box could not be opened and was broken. Bedsheets were rough and worn out. Staff were very friendly. Good value place, if you are single and need to rest for a few he near the airport.

Friendly staff

The front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping were all friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is showing its age with bubbles in the hallway carpet and visible wear in the room including enamel missing from the tub. The room was well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge with a freezer compartment.

While somewhat convenient to the airport, the property desperately needs a refresh. Carpets were threadbare, furniture was degraded, fitness equipment minimal and in disrepair. Couch cushions were flattened. Breakfast area was closed (doors were shut) after hours which felt unwelcoming and while some coffee was in the lobby, there were only 2–hot water and light roast. Decaf was behind locked doors. The staff were lovely. The in-room TV had minimal offerings, and was difficult to navigate. No local news. The breakfast was adequate although lacking the variety experienced in other Hamptons. We travel frequently, but we won’t return to this particular property.
