We booked a night in the "Roman Suite" at the Fantasyland hotel and it was great! the large jacuzzi tub worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water, and the bed and bathroom were both excellent. The hallways and carpets are getting a tiny bit dated, but they are all clean and the connection to the mall is awesome!

We got a theme room for our anniversary. They forgot to provide robes and slippers which were supposed to be included in the room. We could hear the elevator screeching constantly all night long and the carts rolling up down the hallway constantly. Definitely not worth $500 for the night. Pretty disappointed.

We stayed in a Polynesian family theme room. It was like stepping back in time to the 90s. There have been very few updates. The bathroom fixtures, while very clean, were very outdated. There is no where in the room to comfortably sit except the beds (which were actually fairly comfortable). The hot tub is huge and takes forever to fill, but was also clean. The rocky looking area around it really closed the room off and was great for bashing your toes. The mirror over the bed is an interesting touch. The kids (8&11) thought it was the best room they’d ever stayed in because of the bunk beds and hot tub. Overall we had a good stay, but I wouldn’t spend the extra money to stay again.

Slightly disappointed with the property maintenance condition. Seems they think it needs to be renovated. Cause in my hotel unit room the pipeline condition seems good problem is every time we flush the toilet the water pipeline makes a loud squealing noise sometime so if we use the toilet flush in the middle of the night that noise is very loud. Then the furniture is very old-fashioned too. It will be nice if they start to renovation or bring the room standard

The property itself is easy and convenient for a trip to WEM. The room was nice and checkout easy. Only issue is what seemed to be a lack of sound proofing. We ended calling the front desk due to another room on the floor blaring the radio until close to 3am. It took awhile but was eventually resolved.

We’ll be back!
Enjoyed our stay and will be back. Beds were made and garbages emptied every morning. The original room type we booked was overbooked and we were upgraded to a theme room without question. Elevators can be slow at times but manageable. Towels in the room for the waterpark were a great surprise since we were just going to rent at the water park.

Each floor had its own theme, that was cute and the rooms were clean. Walking the mall was easy and there was lots to do, see and eat. The activities at the mall were expensive and most geared to younger kids. We didnt do any because we arrived late afternoon and left early the next day. Recommend this hotel!
