Was in town for the 2 night Metallica concert and have the room for 3 nights. No housekeeping service the whole time even when requested and both the pool and hot tub were shut down with no notice when booking the room or during check in. $300 a night for a tiny room, no housekeeping and no pool or hot tub was hardly worth it.

Beds were old and lumpy, the biggest problem was the traffic noice which was constant and the parties in the rooms after no sleep for two nights then to get a parking fee at the end of our stay was absolutely ridiculous The front desk staff were very pleasant at checkin otherwise no other services were utilized so I cannot give a rating

They state that they offer complimentary coffee, but there was nothing in the room. When I opened the closet the morning we were leaving I found the coffee maker in the closet. Why hide it away. Front desk staff don’t listen. Had the same person for check in as I did the next morning for checkout. Told him I wanted to pay for parking in my debit. But just went ahead and charged my CC. Limited dining options. Only coffee in hotel was Starbucks. For $300 a night for a mediocre hotel was impressed. Will never stay there again
