Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working and the room was too warm. We had to open the window to cool the room, but because we were located on the second floor beside/in the parkade, it was very noisy with people talking. I assume we were beside a smoking area. We did request and received a fan, which was very helpful! The view from our room was a concrete wall 2 feel away. We found the hotel to be quite dated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Probably wouldn't return though.

Decent Hotel for the cost !

Very good location in downtown Edmonton . Close to public transit, the parkade is decent. Very tight , if you have a big car avoid it. But the hotel is very clean, the staff are extremely nice! And very accommodating
