The stay was not good, do not put people in the room at the elevator, especially when you're not busy. Every time I have stayed there my room keys don't work. When I asked for my receipt I got another person's receipt.

This hotel is clean and tidy, with a convenient parking option (extra charge), and in-house Cora's restaurant, within 10 minutes of the Royal Alexandra Hospital. The room was comfortable, and provided opportunity to finish up paperwork, or relax on a comfy bed (something much appreciated between trips to the Royal Alexandra).

The property was fine , the hotel itself , the room was not so good it was dark in the bathroom, they didn’t come in and make the bed ,empty the trash leave coffee for the next morning , replenish the terrible toilet paper, the air conditioner ran all night long you couldn’t turn it off, the bed was so soft my husband barely slept at all for the two nights. Would I recommend this hotel? No I would not.

I have no complaints about this hotel. It was clean and quiet. Nice to be able to stay in downtown, and to have hotel parking available for a reasonable cost. The hotel itself does not offer breakfast, but there is a Cora next door where you can go.
