This property was under renovation. Not one thing in the big lobby. Pool closed, hot tub closed on the 26th of Jan. no restaurant and NO notification that this place should NOT BE CONSIDERED OPEN. On Jan. 25th came back to a toxic thinning solution used to clean everything before painting. Said they would vent it. Totally unacceptable and I am writing to get a refund and apology. Big electrical cable wound up in room and connected. Cannot believe this allowed to ruin our trip. My sleep machine filter was black!!!! in 4 days

Under construction

We were not made aware that it was under construction when it was booked. The pool was closed which we were also not aware of. We received an older unrenovated room as they were sold out. It was stifling hot and the air conditioning didnt work. We asked to move the next night and the new room was much better. Front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The pool was broken the whole lobby under renovation but was unsafe buckets of paint every where no caution sign of we paint . Tripping hazzard . Very dirty room . The room was on top of a loud bar . That hotel should b shut down its terrible . I paid 200$ n it should be rye same as a cheap motel at 70$ . Hooe no one stays there fir there safety you better off staying in ur car

I did not get shuttle from and to the airport and

It was good. I did not get any shuttle service. Spent $43 on uber going to the hotel and $65 for going back to the airport. Its extra expense which was not supposed to be paid by me, I wish they should pay at least one way fair. Also toilet was not working properly on 2nd day. Thank god it was fixed within 15minutes,Quick service. Appreciate this
