Spacious rooms and great location.
We have been using the raddison for a while now on a weekly basis for our business trips to Edmonton. Staff are very accommodating and professional, most of the rooms have had some updating but the ones that haven't yet are still very nice and spacious.

We had a great stay and the cost was competitive for the area. There were a few minor items worth noting: The auxiliary heater in the room did not work so the room was quite cold. The shower faucet at the pool was missing its handle and could not be used. Otherwise it was alright.

My stay was good. It's a pleasant hotel with spacious, clean rooms. I did have 2 set backs though. I retured back to the hotel at about 8pm, and the main entrance was already locked, it is supposed to lock at 11pm. I tried to get in the entrance for after hours, but it wouldn't work with my key card. I pressed the bell for assistance about 3 or 4 times, and luckily I saw another guest inside and waved to her to come let me in. This was concerning, as I am a senior, I was travelling alone and it was minus - 20 C outside. Later that night 3:50am I was awoken by a group of people outside my door laughing and talking very loud. It wasn't the hotels fault but assuming they have cameras on the corridors, it would have been good it they were ceacked regularly. It didn't put me off the hotel, I will stay again but those 2 set backs were unfortunate. Thank you

Room was nice and big. Seemed like a party hotel. Lots of noise and no one was told to be quiet. Next door partied until 6am loudly. We were in the city for my father in law having a heart attack so was not appreciated. Restaurant food was pretty pricy and not very good. A continental breakfast would have been better and made the visit more bearable. Otherwise it was ok but wouldn’t choose again

Staff were exceptional, the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast the next morning. However “clean” our room seemed, the lack of attention to basic repairs were evident everywhere in our room and in the hotel in general. Our room had what looked like cigarette burns in the toilet seat, in the bath tub, missing sink plug, screen on window looked like someone tried to remove it for some reason. The heating the room was stifling, even after turning the heat right down we had to sleep with a window open. The carpet appeared clean and not too worn out, but snags were everywhere. Walking down the hall way to our room you could see the carpets lifting majorly from the room thresholds, the ceiling must of had some water damage at one point as patching was very evident and not a very good finish job. This hotel is definitely showing its age and a shame that the property owners are not investing the time or money into keeping it in decent repair.

Place seems pretty run down for being next to a Porsche dealership. Elevator was sketchy with graffiti dicks on the door my kids liked to point out. Front lobby was the only updated part that looked nice.

The property is completely different from the pictures shown. The washbasin is clogged, having no duvets on beds just thin blankets. Non friendly staff. Smelling rooms. And elevators.
