Room didn’t feel welcoming. Bed was comfy, but my room needs a facelift. Could use paint, crown mouldings need to be finished but would actually need replacing as most are too short so corners are gaping. For the price of the room, amenities could have been far better.

Good value for the money but there were deficiencies. No USB for charging in the room. 1 of 3 lamps worked. Cleanliness good. Elevator floordisgusting. Pool was "temporarily closed for cleaning" for two whole days. Restaurant was nothing short of disgusting...they should just close it down. The people who work there are doing thier best for what they have to work with. That is my honest review.

Save your money!! Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for the pool. Get there take the kids swimming the pool was so dirty we didn’t even want to swim then get told the next day it broke down, beds were dirty we went and bought our own bedding!! 2-3 Homeless people sleeping in the lobby at all times, wallpaper was hanging off he wall on our room looked like water damage shower head leaked. BUT the hallways were nice and clean!! Better off to bring a pillow and blanket from home and sleep in their hallway for free with the homeless!!

Entrance area very nice, good price and lady at the desk was nice. What wasn’t nice is that the carpets are well worn so they look dirty. The shower at the pool has no hot water. We were stuck in the elevator and nobody came after two calls. The lady at the front desk said she had to help the elevator doors close to make it work

The pool was filthy, it had bugs and lumps of hair floating in it both days. The fridge in our first room wasn't working so we got moved to a different room and the tv stand was in pretty rough shape/ broken. We were informed by the front desk that guests got a discount at the restaurant but the staff at the restaurant then said no. The hotel itself is VERY out dated and smells due to old carpet. TV package was below a basic level.
