Had to book the hotel last minute when we arrived from an international flight, which was a good decision. It was a good hotel to rest from a long haul trip for one night. The room was very spacious for a family of 3 with a toddler and had plenty of room for our 4pcs of luggage. I appreciate that the fridge was bigger for most hotels I’ve stayed at and had a freezer too, perfect to store ice packs for my toddler’s essentials. Beds were not too firm which is to our liking. Had a pleasant stay!

Mediocre at best. Shower rod was broken. Ceiling in bathroom was falling apart. Cobwebs in the lamp. Better options in a 1k radius. I would suggest avoiding this hotel.

As soon as you entered the hotel, there was a musty odour in entrance and lobby. Our room had the same musty odour of damp dog and cigarettes. The room had a window that was constantly rattling with the wind. Also, the television was not facing the bed but was perpendicular to it. We then went back down to the front desk and checked out, we could not tolerate these conditions.

We spent one night at Radisson (2 queen beds). When we got to our room, I saw a dead bug on my bed cover,I didnt pay much attention thinking it's just a little bug. A few hours in, we're laying on our beds watching TV. All of a sudden, I saw a live bug crawling next to my pillow.I jumped up and then I realized these are bed bugs (we googled the pictures).We're grossed out by the scene and we called front desk and requested to switch rooms. We separated all the clothes that have touched the bed from other clothes. A girl from front desk came knock on the door and handed us the key to the new room (just across our room). She didnt even want or bother to come inside, not until I asked her to come in to see for herself (as proof). She apologized and left. She did let us briefly inspect the new room, we didnt see any obvoius bugs on the new beds so we took the key. It's 11pm, we didnt have much choice. We moved everything to the new room, went showered from head to toe once again, checked the bedsheets over and over. By the time its all done, its 1am already. We didnt get any sleep that night afterall as we're constantly worried about the possibility of bed bugs. We had other issues with the new room as well, TV wasnt working, bathtub leaking with big puddles of water on the floor. Everything was just bad. During check-out, I requested to have the manager call me the next day, he said yes...but NO ONE EVER CALLED. Will never go back.
