We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the breakfast available and the amenities...but not having a manager available to address the needs of groups staying at the hotel was difficult for our group when needing to address concerns such as late checkout.

Nice that there is a little pub on site, but unfortunately they don’t have a lot of kitchen space so it is hard for them to be a scratch cooking facility. It could be a real gem if they had more ability to perform as a proper kitchen

Bad night.
We stayed with another family and both of our rooms had very uncomfortable beds. Also a fire alarm went off at 6am from apparently someone having a steamy shower… sounded like it happened regularly! Ruined the entire families sleep and all the kids were crying in terror from the shrill alarm. No effort was made to compensate anything or offer apologies. Also the coffee was very poor quality and weak. The highlight was the pool area. The whole family loved that.
