My brother, son and I were in Edmonton for 3 nights. The front desk staff, Harnoon and Alisha were exceptional. The two of them went out of their way to offer every assistance. We had breakfast each morning and the staff were the best I have seen in any Best Western. I appreciated the proper dishes and utensils, at another stay in BW in Abbotsford they had paper plates and wooden utensils, semi good for the environment useless for cutting etc. The rooms were clean, my bathroom ceiling showed water damage and I think things like that shouldn't wait to be fixed. Loved the staff above all.

Elevator wasn’t working and I was at 4th floor. To Go to the pool it was 5 floors down wet at the public stairs. Food offered for breakfast was good.

This is an average hotel, nothing to wow you, nothing to scare you away. The hotel has one foot left in the 90s which brings a nostalgic charm, but also means it is not updated with proper amenities. The hotel room lacked proper outlets for chargers, the lamp had a plug in that did not work and the bed blocked the one outlet so we had to move it. The other plug was across the room on the other side of the second bed. The TV lacked the options of streaming or anything from the last 20 years, as well as the TV itself had a showroom display feature that would not turn off. The beds were average, firm mattress and flat feather pillows. I am not a fine of the new way of having two loose sheets with a duvet inbetween, it causes chaos and feels over complicated. The bathroom was mostly clean with some need for some deeper cleaning of the grout and walls. (The walls in all of the room as a whole needed to be cleaned). Lighting was good but lacked a small upclose mirror for doing hair/makeup. A test fire alarm went off during our stay and we were not made away by staff that it was a test, we had to ask around and assume by people not reacting that it was a test. Staff was pleasant, they were quick to bring us a fan and toilet paper when requested, and checking in and out was easy. For the good price, you’re getting an average hotel that will do the trick for your weekend in Edmonton.
