This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time I stayed the room was freezing cold and I had to sleep with a hat and coat on as they didn't have another room to offer. I thought it was a simple fault but this time the room was very cold too. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. There was no heating. Just a constant cold breeze! Also I asked them VIP upgrade while they have available rooms on Expedia and they rejected by saying there are no rooms available.

It would have been good to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was painting works going on during our visit but, this didn't really cause too much inconvenience. Just difficult to juggle 2 coffees in the lift.

Standard chain hotel - much on a par with a premier inn. I do miss having tea facilities in the room. TV was good and the bed was ok. Overall, a good, if slightly soulless, hotel

Excellent position.

Yotel is a perfectly positioned hotel as a base. Excellent. Cleanliness was very good too. Only 1 thing I would have preffered is tea and coffee making facilities in our room instead of in reception. We will definately return.

The wasnt clean the room was next to the lift so constantly heard noises as people constantly using the lifts bed had dust on it
