Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff . From the moment we arrived until we left fantastic service . We were given a lovely room with the view of the castle. The club Lounge is fantastic with amazing staff who could not do enough . I will come back

The room was comfortable with temperature control, adjustable ambient lighting, a full length mirror and plug points in practical locations. Some of the facilities were not working correctly in the spa, but we received a discount. We also waited 50 mins for our breakfast from the menu which wasn’t great. Overall we did enjoy our stay

Lovely time

Was an extremely nice stay. Everything about the rooms was very high standard. Was a bit shocked of the price for the hot tub/outdoor pool price being an extra £35 per person as only wanted to use the one time. Will definitely come back again

I have stayed at the Sheraton before and it's amazing, but sadly this time there had been an issue so we're put to a sister hotel ( which was nice) but we booked here as it was closed to the venue we were attending,we had booked a restaurant next door we were informed at 4pm we couldn't stay ( we were told to wait till then we arrived at 3pm ..chaos incurred then for us and other guests ..a taxi to the other hotel which we weren't booked into till 6.30pm so we had to get a taxi to the venue, no food and no leisurely getting ready ,we were stressed out .. thankfully the gig was good and we grabbed a takeaway after, but it spoilt what should have been a lovely birthday treat for my husband

Hotel was absolutely immaculate and the staff repeatedly went out their way to be helpful and accommodating. It was my partners birthday and the rooftop pool was fully booked. But reception managed to squeeze us in at the end of the night for half an hour, free of charge. We loved our stay and are already planning our next visit.

Great hotel but note Spa is an "add on".

Perfect 2 night stay for my wife's 40th birthday surprise. The room and hotel overall were spotless. The only negative we had was that the rooftop Spa is not included in the price and is an extra £35pp (discounted from the regular price of £90pp) for a 3hr slot only which was a little disappointing when it is advertised as part of the hotel experience. We did add this on though and the spa is very good and worth the discounted price but definitely not the full £90pp for 3hrs access. Breakfast is highly recommended great selection and quality.

Lovely big room with exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Pool was perfect temperature with deep water and imnaculately clean. Close to Edinburgh Castle and old town and many restaurants of all types. Staff very polite and charming. A relaxing 2 night stay.
